- To shop with us, visit www.fg4london.com and browse through our different categories. When you find an item you like, select the size, colour, and quantity you want then click the 'Add to cart’ button.

- You can see that the item has been added successfully to your ‘Shopping Bag’ when it drops down from the upper right hand corner of the site. You can now continue shopping or click on ‘Checkout’ in the dropdown Shopping Bag.

- After reviewing your items on the ‘Shopping Bag’ page and adding active promotional vouchers you may have, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

- Once you reach the checkout page you can either sign into your account if you have it already or checkout as a guest. In all cases you will be asked to enter your name, address, and telephone number, also you have the option to save your information for next time.

- You can then proceed with to choose your preferred mode of payment (Credit Cards, MADA (debit card), and Tamara.

-At checkout, you will also be able to pay for customs duties and taxes if applicable.

- After you have completed all the sections simply click ‘Pay Now’. An email confirming your order with FG4 London will be sent to you.

If you think your suspect your card has been used in a fraudulent way, you should let us know as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Service department at support@fg4london.com.

Yes you can and returns are free, for returnable items only during the return period. Item(s) that are not returned (Boys and girls accessories, Kids sets and Women accessories). If you have a FG4 London account you can sign in and make a return directly from there or you can contact us at  support@fg4london.com and we will assist you with the process. In case of returning items in promotion (e.g Buy 2,get 1 Free), customer must return all items purchased in the promotion. If the customer returns one item only, the order will not be refunded.

Once FG4 London has received your return and it complies with our Returns Policy, we will refund you the money back as per your payment method, this may take up to 14 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will be refunded the full value of your purchase minus the shipping costs as well, clearance and handling fees which are non-refundable since they are paid to third parties.

-Exchanges are not permitted on FG4 London Customers need to return the original product and place a new order for their product of choice. 

- For hygiene reasons, earrings, jewelry, sunglasses, hair accessories, cosmetics, and underwear may not be refunded or exchanged at any time unless faulty.

- No returns or withdrawal of products that are incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, stained or in any state that reasonably indicates that the product has been used. They will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

- All products that are to be returned must be properly packaged and with labels.

-Return of orders in stores is not available at the moment. We will inform you via email once that option is available. You have to create an account to receive any updates from us.

-In case of returning items in promotion (e.g Buy 2,get 1 Free), customer must return all items purchased in the promotion. If the customer returns one item only, the order will not be refunded.

All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from FG4 London to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged package.

FG4 London Orders generally deliver the orders on the same day within Riyadh and between 1- 5 working days outside Riyadh from time of ordering (this may take a bit longer during sale periods, and special occasions) unless otherwise stated on the Site. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

Incomplete Order

The number of items on sale are those estimated to be in stock at that given point in time. FG4 London will do everything in our power to supply all items ordered by all customers. However, certain cases may arise where, due to causes beyond FG London control like human errors or IT system incidents, we might be unable to provide an item(s) you ordered.

If an item is not available after an order has been placed, you will be duly notified via email or telephone or SMS. And you will be entitled to a partial or full cancellation of that order.
